Thursday night 7:00pm
Managers report: Wayne notified officers in advance that he could not attend our meeting
Presidents report: Chico reminded all gardeners from page 14 in rule book, no human waste to be used in garden.
Treasurers report: New treasurer Michelle Tanigawa reports that there were 145 deposits, paid out for gas. Chico brought to attention: payment of 98 dollars to be paid out to fellow gardener Rick for hauling the trash away from the cleanup day. Majority voted ok to pay Rick for gas expenses.
Monitoring Committee: Kathy reports that if you have a red warning comments next to your plot number, that you have violations that need to be addressed. Please see any of the officers so we can assist you in correcting the violation. Every plot is required to have a mail box. Keep ailse clear of obstructions that could cause harm to people visiting the garden. Please remove any standing water that may cause mosquito infestation. Try to keep weeding to maintain a nice garden.
Plot assignments: assigned B-24,C-43,C-65,D-86,D-90 to new gardeners that were on the wait list. Also gardener in B-31 switched to B-24 after President Chico asked current gardeners at the meeting if they wanted to switch to B-24;nobody wanted to switch plots so B-31 gardener switched to B-24 plot.
New business: WeiMei gave up her garden and also the VP position. Kathy was voted in as the new vice president. Also, Chico discussed the meaning of cogardener and joint gardener.
Old Business: minutes approved for march and april 2014 minutes.
